Book online through HotDoc at East Branxton or Emu Plains, or phone the clinic. Let reception know you are a new patient so we can allow enough time.

New patients are welcome
We are accepting new patients at our clinics. Here is what to expect at your first visit and how to get your records transferred.
2. Complete a new patient registration form
Please arrive about 10 minutes early to complete a registration form with your contact details, Medicare details, medical history, medicines, allergies and emergency contact.
3. Bring your identification and health details
Bring your Medicare card, photo identification, any concession or DVA card, a list of your current medicines and any recent test results or specialist letters.
4. Transfer your medical records
With your written consent we can request a copy of your health summary from your previous general practice. Ask our reception team for a records transfer form. Your previous practice may charge a fee for this.
Arriving at East Branxton
If you are a new patient at our East Branxton clinic, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so you have time to complete the new patient form.
Fees for new patients
Our East Branxton clinic bulk bills all patients with a valid Medicare card, except for procedures (procedure fee $50 and iron infusion $100, with no Medicare rebate). Bulk billing is available for Medicare card holders at Emu Plains. Billing at Bella Vista is to be confirmed. Fees for patients without a Medicare card and any private fees are to be confirmed.
